I guess a bad lounge is better than no lounge at all. Soon Priority Pass members won’t have a lounge to go to anymore in PHX. The food/snacks are on the lower end of what I would expect. Power outlets are scares as in the old part of the lounge. Now the part of the lounge is just a big room with a small snack bar and a bar counter to order drinks. As the lounge used to be closed in the afternoon for everyone except British Airways passengers, they now added an additional room so Priority Pass, Lounge Key, and others eligible customers could still enter.
